15th September 2025(7 events) – Whether it’s for a steady swim or fast paced training, this session is for you. Lanes are divided to accommodate for different swimming speeds. Facility: Pool – Ideal for swimmers who are in training, where the use of paddles, fins, kickboards and pullbuoys are permitted. Facility: Pool Lanes: 1 – A pool based exercise class using a personalised app, providing individually tailored aqua rehabilitation exercises for a wide range of conditions. These exercises are effective for back pain, arthritis and joint problems such as rheumatoid arthritis. Facility:Pool – The pool is open so It's up to you how you keep active in this session whether it be lengths, widths, or just to have fun with friends and family.
